Kristin is a graduate of Chatfield Senior High and received her RN from Arapahoe Community College. Justin is a graduate of Littleton High School and Colorado State University. Kristin and Justin moved back to Littleton after attending CSU and are now raising their family here.
Our journey that brought us to owning a Gigi’s has been very exciting!
Kristin's father and uncle are both songwriters in Nashville and we discovered Gigi’s Cupcakes while visiting them. In June of 2009, we purchased our first dozen Gigi’s Cupcakes from the original Nashville store located on Broadway. During each visit, we would buy dozens of cupcakes and eat them all, raving about how delicious and unique they were! When my dad happened to go on a fishing retreat with Alan Thompson, the president of Gigi’s, he discussed the possibility of our family opening a store in Littleton and our dream began!
We are extremely proud of our bakery and the beautiful center that we are a part of! We have ten very talented and exceptional full-time and part-time employees. We truly appreciate your business!
